It could be serious: These type of symptoms are not always indicative of a serious problem such as a stroke, TIA, or brain abnormality, but the possibility exists, so you should get it checked out today by a physician. If symptoms are still going on or intermittent I would seek care at an ER where they can possibly do an imaging test.
