Hard to say: the baby's GI tract becomes mature and starts to produce meconium by 16 weeks, so it is possible. If you are not in any form of treatment program, GET INTO ONE. Even if you have been successful since using methamphetamine that time, without treatment the odds are very high you may use again. A treatment program can not only help you, but can vouch for your remaining abstinent when CPS comes.
