Canker sores: canker sores are the most common oral lesions. the cause is unknown. Topical medications OTC applied directly, mouthwashes, and oral medications can relieve pain or inflammation. Rec.: if not comfortable see a dentist for soft tissue laser treatment.

White sores: Any white lesions in the oral cavity should disappear within 14 days of onset. If not, see your Dentist or Physician to determine whether the lesions are bacterial, viral, fungal, traumatic or neoplastic. The cause of the lesions will have to be determined before the correct treatment can be prescribed, and an actual physical examination is required to do that.
