Should be OK: This is not a huge dose. Drink more than normal fluids. Watch for dizziness. SHould be OK to take your regular dose in the morning. Be more careful.

Yes , is ok: If you miss the Lisinopril in the am you can take the same day and take your med next day at regular hour.
