Colds: To avoid getting an upper respiratory infection practice excellent hand washing. Wash hands frequently & thoroughly with warm water and soap. Do not touch mouth, eyes or hands unless hands are clean. Avoid contact with people who have upper respiratory infections. Cover coughs.
