Hydroquinone: This is basically hydroquinone. It will not touch the red marks after acne, and you should leave these alone anyway as they're your skin healing. You'd do much better to manage your acne to prevent new lesions. If topical benzoyl peroxide has not cleared you in two weeks, get with your personal physician. Best wishes.
