YES!: Pmdd (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) is a depressive-like illness commonly brought on by the hormonal changes from the ovaries just before a period. These same hormone changes alter gut movement, and can cause bloating, belching, heartburn, and fullness. These can also be the signs of gallbladder disease, ulcers, or other GI problems.
