If i have a small bleed while i'm 7 weeks pregnant does that mean imma lose my baby or is there a way to help heal it so i can save my baby?

Not to worry: 25% of all pregnancies are going to have bleeding at some point in the pregnancy. Most commonly spotting is not a sign of a miscarriage. Bleeding as you would during a menstrual cycle, filling up the pad, can be a worry some sign. Call your doctor and schedule an ultrasound just to make sure the baby is okay. But from what you're saying, I think everything is going to be fine.
