Few worries: Suspect that it is not related to the medicine, and is probably a normal variant. You are being very aware of it now due to starting a new medicine.

Really?: About 20% of people have a small difference between right vs left pupil size with no symptoms at all. Are you sure you did not have this before you started Zoloft (sertraline)? If the difference is large, you should show your doctor.
