Webbed penis unusual: Webbed penis if mild may not be problem , but he should be seen by doctor and to do investigation if there is any other abnormality in urinary tract , which may need treatment.

No explanation: I'm going to assume this was a birth defect; it can also result from a complication of circumcision. "Pop" claims, especially by "greens", about these defects being caused by pollution simply don't fit the facts. This is actually a fairly common birth defect and can easily be fixed, either now or when Junior's a little older and wants it.
