Yes: Most pregnancies will not have problems. It is still very important to get proper prenatal care during your pregnancy. This will help identify any potential problems early enough to be addressed so that you and the baby can be taken care of. There is no guarantee that everything will go well for everyone, but the majority of women who are otherwise healthy will have a normal pregnancy.
