A MD and MS/PHD: ENT Specialists are MDs and are trained to treat disases and conditions of Ear,Nose&Throat.Even though they have understanding and deal with hearing problems which are medically or surgically treatable. Audiologists are Allied Health Professional with education and training at Master's or PHD Level and deal with Hearing Problems and Dispensing of Hearing Aids etc Some of them work with ENT Doctors
