No: You need to eat a healthy well balanced diet especially when pregnant. At the beginning you may have morning sickness and not be very hungry that is ok. Try eating small meals throughout the day and avoid junk food. Take your prenatal vitamins, drink plenty of fluids. After your first trimester you really need to become more mindful of your diet. Talk to your obstetrician. Take care!
