Can the atopic dermatitis be transfered by the allergen contact?

Not like that: Atopic dermatitis isn't a communicable disease. So it isn't "contracted" like some other diseases or infections. However, atopic dermatitis has been linked to allergies in some cases. In these situations we know that exposure will trigger a flare. This is a very different process than an infection.
