A member asked:

What are symptoms of malt lymphoma if it spread to the bone marrow?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually none: Hello, malt lymphoma in the thymus does not commonly involve the marrow but it does need to be checked. Sometimes you don't see any changes or symptoms. Occasionally you may see a lower white blood count, hemoglobin, or platelet count that suggests involvement. Good luck.
