Probably harm...: Do you mean red bull energy drink? If yes, no and no reason to be. Fact: such drink contains nerve stimulant to artificially keep persons wakeful and alert just like that from coffee drinking, which may lead to chronic sleep deprivation. As well, such condition may bring more harm to all cells of body like the effect of alcohol and smoking. Besides, sperms have nerve system to regulate excitement.
