Kegels: Tightening the muscles around the vaginal opening is possible by doing kegel exercises. Things do have there limits however, depending on any vagina ltrauma you might have sustained, i.e. Multiple vaginal births, big babies, poor tissue. Google kegels- don't tighten your stomach when you do them!
