Take a test!: Take a test! pregnancy tests are accurate about two weeks after conception. If it has been at least that long since your last unprotected sex, and you still don't get a real period or a positive test, then you may want to ask your doctor for an evaluation for your late period. There are many other causes besides pregnancy. Stress, weight gain, medications, to name a few.
