I want to know the relationship between the shortness breath or pneumonia and renal failure ?

Low oxygen maybe: Pneumonia can cause low o2 or high co2 or both as the lung is not clean/clear. Renal failure can lead to fluid overload in lungs causing the same poor exchange of o2 &co2.
