Unlikely: Sperm do not live very long outside the body. If the exchange of thongs occurred right after ejaculation, it would still be unlikely for sperm to be able to reach the cervix, but not impossible. Also, for pregnancy to occur, the above events would have to occur during her "fertile window.".
