Had c-section 11 days ago with spinal block have had severe pain in back ever since! can barely walk or move it even hurts to breathe please help!

It will pass: That's what happens when you have a c-section. The pain you are feeling not likely at all to have been from the block. Your best intervention to get better quickly is to walk as much as you can, get up out of bed, and keep moving, several times a day. Pain medication should be used with caution if you are breast feeding.
