Mouth sores: Likely aphthous ulcers which can be associated with stress and certain viruses. Should be seen by your doctor or dentist to confirm. There are some topical applications which may help, once evaluated.

Many possibilities: Probably aphthous ulcers, but white spot lessens can have a myriad of causes. Please see your dentist for examination and diagnosis.. Dentist can then determine what measures can be takes to resolve the lesions and make you more comfortable.
