Be patient: Soreness in the arm can be due to multiple reasons. It could be coming from muscles( such as a sprain) or from a joint(arthritis). Sarcoma is unlikely unless there is a growth(lump)that you can feel on and around the arm. Unless there is real swelling, it is unlikely to be the cause. But if the pain persists you need to go see your doctor and let him/her examine you and do further testing if neede.
