Arm Pain: Arm pains with 'zings' are usually nerve related. Dependent on the frequency, severity, and duration, as well as any other symptoms - weakness or sensation disturbances, the treatment will vary. You need to see your primary care physician for evaluation. You may need a cervical MRI to evaluate your neck.
