My mother seem to forget many things she do and things she said quite often recently. is that a sign of alzeimer ?

Forgetfulness: It could be. You are 22. How old is your mother? If she is less than 55-60 then alzheimer's would be unusual, but not impossible. There could well be other reasons. Is she aware of her forgetfulness? Probably the best thing for her is to see a doctor for an evaluation.
