Med/decongest/nsaids: If you have had a cough for a week and you are taking otc anti cough/ decongestants, and/ or non steroidals (alev, motrin, etc), that may be enough to increase your BP (if in fact your BP is high, as there are many errors when you measure BP yourself without the guideline of a professional.
