I have a serious emphysematous cystitis sent home with iv antibiotics but i'm not feeling better. what signns do i look for before i return too the er?

Controlling your sugar and taking the correct antibiotic will usually result in cure. Fever (>101)/chills, nausea/vomting, or noticeable/increasing abdominal pain should prompt call to your md or return trip to er.
