Nicotine Patch Irrit: Often the irritation in the patch comes from the adhesive. Different manufacturers use different adhesive...try another manufacturer. Use different sites for the patch, or following the removal rub some cortisone cream on the site you had used. Lastly, avoid putting the patch on a hairy patch. Allergic reactions in a variety of meds come from collateral sources, dye/and or buffering.
