Chiropractic kyphosi: It can, but it really depends on if the kyphosis is fixed or temporary. Chirporactic will help with mal alignment and dysfunction, but it will not permanently resolve a fixed kyphosis.

Depends Upon cause: It depends upon the cause of the kyphosis. If the one is dealing with juvenile hyperkyphosis syndrome/ Scheurmann's disease, there is a congenital structural problem that will not change. In that case, it may be beneficial to prevent progression or be palliative. There may be better results in a functional, rather than structural, caused kyphosis.
