Fever: Fever is one of the body's defenses against infection. If it's low (<102) , let it ride. It's part of the immune systems defense arsenal. If it persists for >5 days then please see you doc.

Fever not always bad: A fever is not always a bad thing. It may make you uncomfortable when it gets above 101. It is considered a significant problem if it goes above 106 which it almost never does.
