Give them a try: Pain is a tricky problem because so much of it is controlled by the brain. The best thing to do with these vitamins would be to try them and see if you get better. They won't hurt you in the proper doses and may help.

Possibly: B complex vitamins are often recommended for a variety of ailments. Tn (i assume you are referring to trigeminal neuralgia, ) is a poorly understood disease and successful treatments vary from person to person. I have treated some tn patients with tens and occusal splints. You should see a pain specialist.
