Inflammation: Rt lower abdominal pain usually related to pathology in the rt. Lower abdomen. Sometimes pain is referred there. Intermittent pain in appendix can cause such pain as well as occasional twisting of rt. Ovary. Bleeding from an ovarian cyst can also cause pain. If WBC is elevated think of inflammation. Some blood also causes such pain.
