No: Pigments in foods have nothing to do with coloring of skin. Skin coloring has to do with amounts of melanin your skin cells produce. More likely you would benefit from using a strong sunscreen on your face each and every time you go outside, even if it's a cloudy day. The uv waves of light activate melanin, not foods.
