Unlikely an STD: The symptoms you are describing could be from an std, and if you are at risk for contracting an std then you should follow up with your doctor to be tested. However, it's much more likely that those symptoms are from another kind of infection, such as a viral or bacterial infection. There are other serious causes for abdominal pain as well, so you should go to your doctor for an exam.
