I have slight increase in atypical lymphocytes in blood test. i don't have any symptoms. is there any chance it could indicate chronic renal failure?

See hematologist: I do not think it indicates renal failure. But atypical lymphocytes in the peripheral blood may not be normal. I would advise seeing a hematologist for diagnosis and advice.
