Imodium (loperamide): You may take Imodium which does not have a significant interaction with coumadin (warfarin).

Can use Immodium.: Immodium is over the counter. Lomotil (diphenoxylat and atropine) is also ok. Be carefull of bismuth containing meds such as kaopectate.
