Heat exhaustion: If you expose to the sun for a prolonged period of time you might have symptoms of heat exhaustion, so in other words due to loss of fluid from your body in the form of sweat you may get dehydrated and present the symptoms that you are experiencing. Drink plenty of fluids and take a break from exposing to the sun for few days. Also make sure you use sun block and drink plenty of fluids next time.

U also mentioned: Diarrhea. My guess is probably u contracted some bug, possibly viral or bacterial causing ur symptoms.Ur taking Boniva (ibandronate) which can cause stomach discomfort.Drinking lots of water, taking peptobismol, eating brat diet may help. Excessive sun exposure most likely is the main culprit. Cut down on sun bathing.Follow up with ur dr for any concern. Best wishes!
