If I understand: Not really sure exactly where your pain is. If you are playing in a fast pitch softball league and you are a pitcher and right handed you might have strained your biceps tendon. This is a common problem in fast pitch softball. If it hours after 48 hrs have it looked at.. Tennis elbow woud be on the lateral aspect of the proximal forearm.
