Not enough info: You did not provide enough information about the location of pain to make a comment. In general terms burning pain in the chest wall can be due to irritation or injury inflammation of the nerves in the chest wall or soreness or injury to the muscles and rarely inflammation of the joints between the ribs and sternum or clavicle i h0pe that helps.
