Depends on cause.: There are many things that can give a child cramps, ranging from constipation, lactose intolerance, and gas to recurrent abdominal pain of childhood. Please have your child seen by his/her doctor to determine the cause; once you have a diagnosis, then appropriate treatment can be determined.
