Not Sure: Keeping the lips closed to prevent sneezing can propel the force against the middle ear which can lead to pain & ringing of the ears. Rarely, sneezing can lead to a fracture.

Ear: Unlikely but depends how forcefully you sneeze. Try not to hold your nose when you sneeze. Can sometimes make you dizzy as well
