What do you mean?: I don't know what you're asking. You ask if "they" are not cancerous, but I don't know what "they" you mean. There are ways to tell if something is cancerous or not, and that's usually by taking a piece of the body part in question (a biopsy) and looking at it under the microscope, which is done by a pathologist.
