Viagra (sildenafil) is not libido: Viagra (sildenafil) is a medication that as a side effect can reduce blood flow out of the spongy tissue of the penis, leaving you with an erection. Libido is separate from this (you can get an erection from random events without any sexual connotation or interest). Libido is more related to your life situation, possibly testosterone could help IF you are down a pint.

Not at all: Viagra (sildenafil) may help you achieve and hold an erection, but libido (sex drive) is not related to that. Since Adderall can do this to you, you might check to see if your provider thinks you need it or if the dose can be changed. Talking to a therapist might help you understand if there are other issues standing in your way sexually. Good luck!
