What are the effects to an unborn child if i have to take narcotine pain medicine during pregnancy?

Narcotic pain meds: Narcotic pain medications can be addictive. Taking them during pregnancy may inadvertently cause fetal dependence on them as well. Short term use is generally not a problem. Long term use is more worrisome. Talk to your doctor regarding your usage.
