Please clarify: Alum has no place in the use of vaginal problems. It is used for baking and pickling. Several other commercial uses are tanning, deodorants and textiles etc. Alum is not to be used for vaginal tightness. Alum is definitely irritating to skin and mucous membranes which includes the vagina. I hope I have answered your question.
