See your doctor or: health care provider. Ecstacy is an amphetamine like drug, and is notoriously impure, with a number of those impurities/contaminants causing even more trouble than the MDMA itself. Amphetamines can cause constriction of blood vessels, and while I don't know if your pain is related to this, nobody can tell without doing an examination. Sounds like drugs are becoming a problem for you - get help.
