Diabetes guidance: I'm going to assume that you believe you have Diabetes because you either know some of the symptoms or have close relatives with Diabetes? In either case, polydipsia, polyphagia, polyuria with a history of weight gain should be followed by a visit to your primary care doctor and blood work with a glucose tolerance test. Amending your diet, exercising and proper pharmaceutical control is paramount
