Diabetes: You don't say whether you are diagnosed with diabetes type 1 or type 2. They are completely different. Please clarify and I am happy to give more specific information.

Diabetes: Being terrified will only upset you. I encourage you to get educated about diabetes. Use what you learn to start managing your diabetes. As you gain more control your fear levels are likely to drop. Take care.
