Prob infection: Glands or lymph nodes in head and neck region frequently inflamed or enlarged due to any inflammation or infection in the near by region of the body. Eczema or Psoriasis or other inflammatory condition can certainly cause these. Your doctor can give you a course of medicine initially and may need other tests if no improvement seen.
