Yes: Sperm analysis will give the final answer whether its possible or not and how? If near normal volume, count, motility and shape of sperm then natural intercourse maybe enough. If severe sperm abnormality, pregnancy is still possible through ivf. If severe sperm abnormalities, consider freezing one or two sperm samples as backup.

Sure!: Men with a single testicle usually produce sperm that can produce a pregnancy. A semen analysis can detect sperm in the ejaculate.
